1
What we collect.
2
How we use it.
- To assess eligibility and deliver the services you engage us for
- To prepare and lodge claims with government programs (AusIndustry, Austrade, program administrators)
- To communicate with you about your engagement and, where you've opted in, program updates
- To meet legal, tax, and professional obligations
We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for unrelated purposes without consent.
3
Who sees it.
Your information is seen by the practice's own personnel, and disclosed only to: government program administrators as required for claims; your own advisors (accountant, tax agent) at your direction; and specialist service providers bound by confidentiality. If disclosure is required by law, we will tell you unless legally prevented.
4
Storage & security.
Engagement records are stored on secured systems with access limited to the practice. We retain records as required by tax and claims law (commonly five to seven years for claim substantiation), then destroy or de-identify them.
5
Your rights.
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, or its correction, at any time — write to [email protected]. If you believe a privacy breach has occurred, contact us and we will respond promptly; you may also escalate to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
