Terms of Service

Plain-language terms.

Last updated: 6 October 2026. By engaging Tobbie Capital Advisory (ABN 51 618 588 560), or using this website, you accept these terms.

1

Advice is general until engaged.

Website content — including the eligibility calculator, case studies, guides, and glossary — is general information only. It is not tax, financial, or legal advice and does not consider your circumstances. A client relationship (with its duties) begins only when both parties sign a written engagement with a fixed scope and fee.

2

Engagements & fees.

01
Fixed quotes
Every engagement runs on a written fixed quote naming deliverables, inclusions, exclusions, and deadlines.
02
Payment
Quotes are payable per the engagement letter's schedule. Work may pause while invoices are outstanding.
03
Client obligations
The client supplies accurate records on time and remains responsible for the truthfulness of information provided to government programs.

3

No outcome guarantees.

Government programs approve, refuse, audit, and change rules at their discretion. We never guarantee approval, rebate size, or timing. Our work is the disciplined preparation and presentation of your claim — honestly scoped.

4

Liability.

To the extent permitted by law, the practice's liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

5

Intellectual property & confidentiality.

You keep ownership of your information and materials. We keep ownership of our methodologies, templates, and working papers, licensed to you for the engagement's purposes. Both sides keep the other's confidential information confidential — during and after the engagement.

6

Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
